Well I missed by blogging yet again yesterday so I’m doing a double post today. I’ve got pretty much a full week off of work so I’m going to be living it up. I’ve been mostly trying to get my website finished but I also did an extended workout today since I have so much free time. It felt good. I did both cardio and resistance. I did get out of my normal patter for the weights and did something different today so I wouldn’t be so bored. But of course I did cardio yesterday and I’m beginning to notice that even levels 3-4 on Power 90 really arn’t very tough for me anymore. It’s just so unbelievable how quick my body is adjusting to high cardio but how slow my body is adjusting to weights. I can see where most of the work is needed though
I just wish I could afford to get a gym membership so I had more of a veriety when it comes to my resistance workout. The apartment complex I live in was supposed to open a workout center and they ended up scratching the project because too many complained that they wanted a place for their kids to go. Instead they put up a community center which has nothing but a few tables and couches in it. It’s mainly a place you can rent out when you want to have a party or something. *SIGH*
Oh well I guess I’ll just keep doing what I’m doing.
