I’m back.

Yeah I’m back after close to a year of not doing any exercise at all. I want to get down to the 155 range again which really shouldn’t be that hard since that’s only about 10 lbs away now. But I really want to push hard and get into the P90X since I never really got around to using it much. I’m also going to be moving from Wisconsin to Texas this year and well… maybe I can just start fresh. Anyway… that’s my story and I’m sticking to it. :P

Goal Met

Well I hit my goal around last week sometime and I had posted some info about it… but… I must have not actually posted it. Anyway I’m happy that I hit my goal but I have not been working out like before. So I don’t have as much muscle tone. So I’ve been working at it the past week and I’m planning on still getting into Power 90 X but I don’t know if I have it in me to work hard enough to accomplish the P90X challenge.

Thanks Giving went well

I remember last time I was working out and eating good as soon as Thanks Giving rolled around I fell off the bandwagon bad. But I really couldn’t even eat very much if I tried. It’s amazing at how small my stomach has gotten at times I can barely eat anything before my stomach tells my brain that I’m full. I like that feeling… well let me rephrase that. I don’t like the feeling of being full but I love that I can’t eat too much before my body says stop.

I’ve lost track

I have no idea what day I’m in for the 90 day program but that really doesn’t matter. I have been slacking quite a bit on my workouts since I’ve had lots of people staying at my place the last couple weeks. I also have been in a horrid plateau that I just couldn’t seem to get over. Finally last week I broke through and started loosing the weight again and this week has been going well. I should probably be posting tomorrow after my weigh in.

Day 42 - Power 90 day 34

Well last week was really bad I did nothing but gain weight. Of course it didn’t help when I went to my brother place and ate really bad food. I came back home and noticed a total of 3lbs gained over the past week. So I was getting rather upset almost dropping work outs all together and going back to my old life. Yesterday I pushed it hard and as with my workout today and I’m noticing a drop in weight again. Sure that 3 lbs that I gained may have not actually been fat increase it could have been water retention, waste, or what ever but I’ll just have to see how this week goes.

Day 36 - Power 90 day 28

I missed my blog yesterday, seems to be becoming a trend. Anyway Yesterday was my resistance workout and today was my cardio. Over the last couple days I’ve had several people come up to me and ask me if I’ve been loosing weight.d Which is the best feeling I love it when people notice it lets me know I’m doing something right.

Day 34 - Power 90 day 26

I missed the past 2 days when it comes to workouts so I’m not even going to count those as part of my workout. Things just got a bit crazy for a little while there. Anyway back on track today and ready to go this week.

Day 33 - Power 90 day 25

Well again I missed several days of posting but hey I’ve been working out. Day 31 was actually my day off from working out so I didn’t do anything that day. I think I finally realized what has kept me from exceeding in resistance work outs. I have not been using supplements like I did last time I did power 90. So I went out today and picked up all my stuff but I forgot to get vitamins. I know my body has been lacking in certain areas when it comes to vitamins so I have to remember to go pick that up. Anyway I don’t have an official weigh in until tomorrow but I can say for sure this week has gone much better than the last.

Day 30 - Power 90 day 22

Well I missed by blogging yet again yesterday so I’m doing a double post today. I’ve got pretty much a full week off of work so I’m going to be living it up. I’ve been mostly trying to get my website finished but I also did an extended workout today since I have so much free time. It felt good. I did both cardio and resistance. I did get out of my normal patter for the weights and did something different today so I wouldn’t be so bored. But of course I did cardio yesterday and I’m beginning to notice that even levels 3-4 on Power 90 really arn’t very tough for me anymore. It’s just so unbelievable how quick my body is adjusting to high cardio but how slow my body is adjusting to weights. I can see where most of the work is needed though :)

I just wish I could afford to get a gym membership so I had more of a veriety when it comes to my resistance workout. The apartment complex I live in was supposed to open a workout center and they ended up scratching the project because too many complained that they wanted a place for their kids to go. Instead they put up a community center which has nothing but a few tables and couches in it. It’s mainly a place you can rent out when you want to have a party or something. *SIGH*

Oh well I guess I’ll just keep doing what I’m doing.

Day 28 - Power 90 day 20

I missed my blog yesterday so I’ll do it now. Not really much to say. I’m not sure what happened last week I was down by 3 lbs but by the time my weigh in came I was actually only down by 1 lbs. So last week was kind of a waste. I guess I at least went down by one. I suppose part of it could be due to the fact that I have been hitting the weights a bit harder but I know I have not gained 2 lbs of muscle but I’m sure that’s part of it. Anyway I’ll be back on later tonight after I do my work out for day 29.
